OSI Digital interview questions

The overall interview process is good and informative, I had a very good experience. The hiring team gave good guidance, It's a great opportunity to showcase my skills and personality.

The interview process took 3days including technical, DM and client round. Everything was went well. Cons: Though OSI digital know about that I am holding an offer from another company from the starting they continued the process and said they can give the same offer whatever I got from another company and agreed for the same since I am interested with OSI. They had called me regarding my joining and confirmed orally that I have to join with them and by the evening I will be receiving the offer. At night 9PM she updated me that they don't have a budget hence they are not releasing the offer. If they have budget constraints they would have told me that they can't afford and I may not wasted my two days interview process. They offered me 2L lesser than what I got from other company and I denied the offer.
