1st there was a Telephonic interview after that they told me to prepare a case study on OLA cabs application then I have to give interview face to face in their office and they have 2 years bond for fresher.

for the BA post they asked me basic questions on SQlLand JAVA.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at OSP Labs

1st round was HR round...
I waited for 30min for HR.
HR round was normal hi hello....
Then next Round was with senior business analyst. That round was a discussion round on the new project. How you will manage client and project etc etc...
Worst part is that after interview i have been calling them for results they are ignoring the call... Just be frank and say i am selected or not... But don't keep someone hanging middle of the way with the hope. We spend our time, money, energy,for the interview so please let us know the results. You can't take it lightly.
