Spoke with a recruiter after applying but I'm not sure if they were new or just disorganized. They sent me an LOI to sign but it was apparent they were using a template they forgot to update as it had someone else's name on it. It was later corrected after I pointed it out, which is fine, everyone makes mistakes. We spoke again over the phone to discuss some other questions (contract length, benefits, etc) which the recruiter didn't seem to have the answers so he passed the phone over mid conversation to his supervisor nearby which I found odd. Thankfully the supervisor was able to answer my questions. Later on that week, the same recruiter sent me an email introducing himself again (as if we had never met before) telling me about some other position in a different state . I reminded him we spoke previously and asked for an update on the position I applied for. He never responded and I never heard from them again.

Was called for an interview pretty quick. After the initial HR screening, was called for the interview within a week. Met the manager and a senior BR and had a good interview.
