The person that interviewed me came into the interview with the attitude that she had already found their candidate. They came in bored and uninterested in what I had to say. I was scheduled for a 30 minute time-slot, but I was in and out in about 13 minutes. One technical question and it was right at the end. I was asked where I had my technical experience without a job. I build computers for fun and I love to troubleshoot, but because it wasn't "professional experience" I was turned down.
