The recruiter responded very quickly to the application to set up a phone interview. Five minutes past the scheduled start time, the recruiter emailed to reschedule. I responded that I could not make the rescheduled time and offered an alternative. The recruiter never emailed back. This was a waste of my time where I had blocked off my schedule at my current job. If this is indicative of how this company operates, I'm actually glad the process didn't go any further.
