I initially heard about OTR Capital from a current employee and was referred to the recruiting manager through that employee. I then applied for the position through the company website and was contacted by the recruiter. From there, I had a phone interview with the recruiting manager. The call lasted about 30 minutes and was super helpful, the recruiter was able to answer all my questions and provide great detail on the position. I would recommend being prepared for the initial phone interview and checking out the OTR Capital website beforehand. After the call, I was brought in for an in-person interview to meet with the team. I met with several members of the team during the in-person interview and I even got to shadow with someone in the position I was being considered for to get a better idea of the day-to-day. Upon sending a follow up email after the in-person interview, I was set up for a quick call with the CEO. The following week, I got a call from the recruiter and was offered the position!
