Was a great process where they actually reached out to me to apply for this position instead of a different one I had applied for. Had a 2 hour interview with 5 separate people, great conversation and discussed why I was excited for a chance to do a new role other than Sales (I hated my last sales position) then they ghosted me for a few days, called to ask if I wanted an opening on their sales team when I was explicit about not wanting sales, and then sent me an automated email about not moving forward with my app....
