I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OTR Solutions (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2023
Interview
Super easy and chill got a tour of the office, and met with a few different people. It was a little intimidating that it was 2 on 1, but everyone is super nice, and it seems as if they really hire based on vibes and not experience.

Interview
Not one to leave negative reviews but this was totally unprofessional. Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn asking if I would be available for phone interview. After giving her a very flexible schedule we agreed to do a call on Friday afternoon. The recruiter later messages me asking if I could push the call to Monday of next week instead. I had no problem agreeing to that since I figured she wanted to get out of the office early for the weekend. However, that Monday comes and the recruiter waits to the exact time we had rescheduled to tell me they actually have filled the position for which I was applying for. I ask her if they have another position available that I was interested in and the recruiter ghosts me. Thanks for wasting my time, not like I'm working my but off applying to other positions or anything. P.S. Don't think this is a bad company or anything but please instruct your recruiters to do better. Respect your applicants, we have busy schedules as well.
