Very straight forward interview process! I interviewed with a Recruiter, HR Business Partner, and the President of our Division. I completed one phone interview and two face to face interviews. Overall it was a great experience. I learned new things about the position and working at Oak Street with each interview. I also felt that those interviewing me were extremely interested in me as a candidate and really took into account what I was hoping to get out of the position.
