Interview
I applied online and after a couple of weeks received an initial phone screen. Two weeks later I interviewed in person. The interview was lengthy. I interviewed individually with 6 leaders of Oak Street Health. I was told they were still interviewing candidates but would reach out to me within 2-3 weeks. I heard back in a week and a half and received an offer. The in person interview took almost 4.5 hours. The longest interview I have ever been a part of.
