I went through the entire interview process (three interviews - one with a recruiter, one with a hiring manager, and one with a member of the team for which I was applying). All were very, very pleasant experiences with very standard and easy questions. I didn't receive an offer after the final interview, and I was informed they were looking for a candidate with a list of experiences that 1) my resume clearly indicated I did not have and 2) I indicated I did not have in the first, second, and third interviews. While the overall interview experience was pleasant, I feel strung along and that my time was wasted when all involved were well aware that I did not have the experiences they were seeking in advance of offering me multiple interviews.
