Assessments, recruiter call and two virtual interviews. Overall the process was really fast. Unfortunately the company pulled a bait and switch on me and offered a completely different position than the one I spent hours interviewing for. A position that paid considerably less money, but the role I was interested in wasn’t actually available anymore (or so they said), even though my timeline from interviewing and receiving an offer was less than a week. So either I was being interviewed under false pretenses or was just straight up lied to. Either way it did not leave a good taste in my mouth, which is a shame because it does seem like the company has a worthwhile mission.
