i had a 15 minuet conversation with a recruiter, he asked what i knew about the company asked me a little about m experiences and then described the job to see if it aligned with what i as expecting, after a soft pitch of the compensation structure we scheduled a second interview with regonal director of growth for further discussion

I was stood up by the interviewer and ignored by the recruiter. This is a job I was actually excited for, and I was looking forward to working with this company.

Great initial two engagements. Upper management interview was a sweat shop interview. It was obvious that there was limited time and that the sales process was going to be call center or boiler room type of sales. Great model, need better evaluators of talent.
