Interview process involves multiple rounds, but is very well structured, warm and engaging. It felt more like conversation than a one sided intimidating interaction. I was able to shadow the providers and meet with the staff prior to making my decision.

The interview was with multiple people and two rounds. The medical director and the vice President interviewed. The questions were fair and they were very informative regarding the role and expectations at the clinic. They’re focus is on the patient.

Interviews start with a telephone interview with an HR specialist or internal recruiter. If you proceed further there is an interview with a Medical Director. The phone interview was conducted over 30 minutes.
