straightforward, asked about relevant experience, had some behavioral questions. Did a phone screen for first round, zoom/video interview for second round, and did not make it to the final round but that was going to be in person in Chicago.

I don't know why I keep applying at this place, they NEVER have their act together. Job descriptions never seem to match what they are actually looking for once you're on the phone for the screening and the recruiters always come off as inept, disorganized or in the latest case, kind of rude. The screening felt like an interrogation. Hard pass, three strikes, you are OUT Oak Street Health!
Did not love the process and were not clear on what attributes they were looking for. I did not have a pleasant experience, and so would not recommend it to a friend.

It was really unorganized. They do not follow up with you and you end up being ghosted with little to no communication. It was quite apparent that they had an internal candidate they were prioritizing and the senior VPs and regional directors were rude and unprofessional. Very disingenuous organization / team
