I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in May 2015
Interview
This was one of the most disorganized interviews I have ever experienced. Communication was incredibly poor. It started as a standard phone interview and then I was invited back for an in person interview. The interview itself was very standard, however scheduling it was a nightmare. Scheduling is all done through a centralized outlet and the person I spoke to took a long time to get back to me. I was invited back for a second interview where the date was changed on me multiple times and the location was never clearly communicated. After the second interview I was told "we will be in touch" and I never heard anything back from them at all. I contacted all of the people I interviewed with and never got a response. Over two months later, I finally got generic automatic email reply saying they had chosen another candidate. So unprofessional and unorganized.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2016
Interview
Completed the application and within a week I got a call from the clinic administrator. Then I was invited in for formal interview within a week after that. The entire process took about 2-3 weeks from interview to receiving a formal employment letter.
