The interview process is too lenghty and they don't communicate on time. they give short notice from the time they communicated to the time of the interview. this gives limited time to prepare for the interview
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2021
Interview
Quick and efficient process! Applied to Oak Street and received an email to set up a phone screen within a few days. Phone screen was very straightforward - walk through resume. The next day I was contacted to set up a first round interview with a senior director and senior manager on the team. These were very pleasant and fairly casual conversations about my background, goals, and the product they were working on. A few hours later I was contacted to move forward for a second round/final set of interviews with two other members of the team. I received my offer an hour after that call!
