The interview consisted of a phone screening and follow-up phone interview. The interviewer was extraordinarily polite and professional and we had a good rapport. At the conclusion of the call it was clear that the role wasn’t a good fit, but I was impressed by the company, and would be open to more aligned opportunities in the future.
