I have been contacted several times by different recruiters regarding HRIS Analyst roles. I talk through my resume and everything was going smoothly until I was asked about my years of experience with a specific software. I responded with my answer and immediately the tone shifted to aggressive, it was as if they did not believe me. I have extensive experience spanning over two decades so if you do not see it on my resume it was probably a long time ago and that would have been my response if I did not get attacked on the phone. I am actively searching for a role but when I see something from this company I try and avoid it. I am not sure if it has anything to do with a language barrier but as a professional you should be able to keep your cool.
