A member of Obsidian's recruiting team reached out to me via social media, and I noticed I knew a few people at the company so I replied. Scored an interview, YES! First call was with the recruiter to ensure the role fit mean and I fit the role. We were a thumbs up here, so I moved on to the next stage in their process. I then had a series of three zoom calls with Senior Executives. All three of these calls went well. I shared related previous experience, and they shared their experience with the company since joining, and their plans to grow beyond their current state. I flew out to Costa Mesa, California and had a day of interviews with leaders, engineers, project managers, and Human Resources. I had a follow-up call a week later, sent thank you emails, and never heard back. If i had guess what happened for me, I'd say, "Sometimes I say too much, and other times I don't say enough."
