- Initial online aptitude test
- One hour one-to-one initial interview - general experience and some background information about the company and role, particularly the typical challenges found in the role
- Further 90min second interview with two team managers expanding on prior experience and specific scenario based questioning, plus 30min discussion of prior experience with senior manager

I was asked about specific experience of delivering one of the projects described on my CV - how I managed the process of ensuring the requirements were met within the project timeline

Interview
Right after your cv got selected then First tech round is for screening and second is again a technical round with presentation and detailed tech queries and HR questions. Overall the process took 3 months approximately.

Question 1
Very basic project management questions that a Beginner can answer pretty well. but the way they handled my interview and reason for rejection was pathetic. during second and final round I was asked to prepare for a presentation which went good and don't see what other best solution can be offered to the scenario that was given to me. interview went over time and I was impression I gave best but to my shock they rejected me stating I don't have experience towards the items mentioned in desirable section. it was so shocking that why it haven't been identified during screening or first tech round but last round. when I expressed such disappointment the future applications were rejected line after other till date. pure waste of time to appear for interview and to face all these hastles. no empathy and no one will respond if you try to know what's happening with your applications getting rejected although they perfectly fit for the role.
