Applied via reincrouter. First i had to solve codility test from home. If you are succesefull test you are invited to the interview where you have written java test in interview. If you solve the tests sufficiently good then you have the tour around the ocado CFC in hatfield as a break. After that you have 1 or more interviews with 1-3 people. In general questions are not too hard. Interviews are very friendly.
