Invited to the F2F interview. Told about the below structure: Skills/Technical Interview – Approx 1 hour - Interview with a current Team Leader and Product Owner to explore candidate’s skills and technical background. Presentation - Approx 1 hour - Please prepare a (no more than) twenty minute presentation on a previous product which you have been responsible for. Your presentation should explain the vision for the product, how it was developed (including design and development processes; what was measured: when, how, and why), features, and how the various stakeholders both internal and possibly external were managed. Your presentation should demonstrate your ability to communicate with both commercial and technical stakeholders appropriately. IT Head Interview – Approx 30 minutes - Interview conducted by the IT Head of department. The purpose of this interview is to check your match with Ocado and whether you meet with our culture and values in addition to further exploring your technical competencies around the role. Travelling time (one way): by car: 1 hour with no traffic - 3h with traffic by train: 1h and 55m plus taxi No parking facility - you need to pay 4-hour parking slot at the Gallery

Really friendly business and team, the whole place seemed very well run. 1st Interviewed by 4 people provided presentation of a product I had worked on... 2nd part interviewed by 2 further managers, more relaxed but lots of standard questions. Shame I could not get any feedback after the interview but I expect this could have been down to the recruitment business not Ocado
