I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ocado Group in Mar 2019
Interview
After sending in an application I received an email inviting me to an interview around a month later. The first interview was enjoyable with two analysts which asked me the usually questions about work experience, scenario brain teasers and then a project which I was given some time for. I received a second interview the following day which I was very happy about. The second interview was very tough. The task was a forecasting challenge which had to be done in front of the two people interviewing me. They seemed very cold and unhelpful. They said clearly to me and the end I would find out in a week the outcome of the interview. Three months on I never heard back from this role, despite following up with emails - very disappointing and upsetting!
I received a link to the online test a week after sending my CV. The results and feedback from the online test were then received a week later. They said they already had the right person for the job, so they were turned down.
