The first interview was pretty nice and the recruiter has explained me the process and the opportunities very clearly. Unfortunatly the second round was awful with a online 1 hour programming exercice with the tech people here (the best way of pushing people and reach them to fail). I would recommand ocado to change that process, as non native British for instance I need more time to read and understanding well. Maybe giving the subject and let people think and come back would be a better way
