Psychometric, Situational, Video Interview. The usual graduate scheme series of stages. Video interview does allow you to record answers twice and without a time limit in between attempts, so it's quite a forgiving process and not as brutal as some. You are given 3 minutes to answer if needed.

One question was about the motivations behind joining a specific position at Ocado. The rest were about experiences and how they fit the role. The questions were very similar to the ones given in the email.
