Video interview does allow you to record answers twice and without a time limit in between attempts, so it's quite a forgiving process and not as brutal as some. You are given 3 minutes to answer if needed.

Question 1
Talk about a time you motivated somebody to accomplish something
One question was about the motivations behind joining a specific position at Ocado. The rest were about experiences and how they fit the role. The questions were very similar to the ones given in the email.
I am currently in the video interview stage, previous stage was the online assessment, I felt a bit difficult. But Ocado would give you detailed tips at each stage, just follow their tips to prepare

After CV and application screening I was invited to the video interview. I found it very impersonal and some of the questions were odd. However, this seems to be the case with most companies.
