I was a pretty straight-forward process, nice and friendly staff.
will let you know the questions of the interview, and even if I failed, they would give you the feedback, suggested that you should use "star" structure to answer, good experience

It was very efficient and well handled. All of the stages were clear and set out before I started it. Any questions I did have were answered reasonably promptly but the person who interviewed me and I felt that they gave me time to explain why I would have been good for the job

Interview
Straightforward application process followed phone interview with HR with standard competency and situational questions and a bit about my knowledge of Ocado. This lead to an invite to an all day assessment centre.
