I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ocado Group (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
I have applied via an agency and the whole process took over a month. Overall, it all seemed very slow even though the interview feedback I received seemed very positive. I can't say whether the delay was Ocado's or the agency's fault.
3 interviews + lunch with the team and a warehouse tour.
The people I talked to were very approachable and friendly. Overall impression of the team and the company was very positive. The tech stack seemed perfect for me. The Python coding interview was very easy and well structured.
After talking to HR, the team, and the manager I got really confused about what role I was interviewed for. I figured that I was considered for 2 VERY different positions.
The whole process took long enough that before receiving the final decision from Ocado, I accepted an offer from a different company. Still, I found the interviews quite enjoyable.
