Go through the reviews there are lot of similar issues in every review. I thought these reviews were done by candidates who actually didn't have the required skills or capabilities. I realized I was so wrong after the first few minutes of the interview. The representative from ocado was so concerned in expressing the number of years they have worked in the company and showing off their skills rather than questioning what I am capable of and what I have accomplished. I took more than 8 hours to get ready for the interview it was a complete waste. I realized it when one rep asked why I did an MBA and then following a Masters. They want an engineer who is focused on technical skills and not management. Well you guys had my CV why bother to call me for an interview when I have clearly mentioned that I am a founder of a start up and that I have experience in both technical and management in the Mechatronics field. Please do not waste your time applying to this company. I didn't get a rejection letter yet even if I get selected for the next interview I would not waste my time.
