Codility test with three questions first, wasn't hard if you have done some of the codility questions before. Then the assessment day in their head office which last about 4-5 hours in total. 1. Two paper based tests, first one is low level language like, which is quite time intensive, I have managed to finish the test just 10 seconds before the time ran out. Second one is java specific, if you understand linked list well, then you have no problem doing it. 45 mins for each test. 2. Face to face interview with three software developers, this is a very technical round, don't be nervous because they are very friendly people. It seems like they don't have many standard questions, they do ask questions base on your previous experiences and the skills you put on your CV. It also invoked to write some code on the board, in my case the room does not have a white board so we used paper instead. This round last about an hour. 3. Face to face interview with their department manager, very friendly and nice guy again, nothing too technical, he asked some basic background questions like why do you choose programming or computing at the first place, he also explained what project does the company currently doing, asked what would you like to be get invoked into, very nice interview indeed.
