first call was an informal conversation, about myself and the Ocado retail. Was offered a second stage interview and that is where it all failed apart from Ocado's end. The Interviewer never joint the call, I have chased up and was eventually told he was working from home and had no power, was told I will get a new date for the interview. The new date never arrived as all the hiring managers got anual leave at the same time. three weeks later I get an email telling me the job was given to someone else, so I never got my interview
