They sent me the base code beforehand - a React app. On the call the 2 developers got me to add some features and explain my process.

Interview
First stage was a short telephone interview to assess culture fit. Face-to-face interview consisted of meeting the tech team, a fairly short technical test and meeting the Head of Technology.

The interview was 3.5 hours and we deal with technical test, Q&A with two senior front end developers and 1:1 with head of the department. There weren't wrong answers if you could argue your point properly
