Interview
Initial call with a manager, followed by a technical whiteboard interview which also included some brainteaser interview questions as well. One interview was engaged but the other one was clearly looking at slack for the entire interview. He was looking at a different screen and typing and didn't know what was happening in the interview. At multiple points the other interviewer asked the other guy if he had any questions he wanted to ask, and he had no idea what was going on

Interview
I did a phone screening interview and was rejected based on that. The screening interview lasted half an hour. It wasn't technical, but more about software craftmanship, soft skills and performance-based questions. Their values, that you are supposed to show in an interview, are collaboration, autonomy, trust, learn fast & craftsmanship. At the end you get to ask a couple of questions as well.
