Applied via LinkedIn, received an email from internal recruiter asking to arrange an initial call. The call lasted roughly 20 minutes, which is fairly standard in my experience. She asked generic questions about my experience as well as where I'm based, whether I'm happy to commute to the office etc. She said she'd let me know about next steps by Friday but didn't hear from her until the following week. I got an automated rejection email which I replied to asking for feedback and never heard back. Very poor experience as a candidate, wouldn't recommend to a friend.
