Very easy just a tour of the site and some simple questions and if you have any questions and they show you a van and how it works. However its a terrible company don't care about employees .

No interview. Just applied and sent in required paperwork. Got job based off the above and got invited to training after all checks were completed. They did take quite a few months to respond.
