Ocado Retail interview questions

I first had a screening interview with the internal recruitment team. Following that, I had a Zoom call with the hiring manager and the person doing the job currently who was going on mat leave. Unfortunately, despite me chasing the recruiter twice, I never heard back from them. A clear sign of how they respected my time, not just during the interviews, but the time I spent researching and preparing for the interview.

It was very good. Nothing difficult about it, just needed to show your character and personality and they were pleased with the authenticity. They asked basic questions and nothing too hard.
