The interview has 3 stages. One with the recruiter. Second is a video call with technical questions. Final one is F2F , one full day . You get to meet the people at Ocado. You have to do a presentation. You get the details about the presentation much ahead of time. I had nearly a week. And if you are lucky a visit to the CFC. I loved the tour. My experience was very good right from the start. I felt my expectations were clearly understood. The recruiter was also very clear about what the role was and what the company can offer. So this helps you in the decision making process. A one full day interview in the final stage might get tricky. It might be best in everyone's interest to discuss your planned holidays, so you can make sure you have enough time in advance to take off your current job.
