There are 3 steps (currently it is online because of the pandemic). 1. Small exam in hackerank, usually something easy that most people are able to handle. 2. Interview with open questions, they are mostly interested in your experiance, you should show that you had in dept knowledge of the projects you were working before. They will also ask you some questions for your domain. In my case java and servers. 3. You are given a code that you have to fix/refactor. The idea is to explain how you would fix it and start working on it, it is not expected to finish everytihng in the given time. Talk all the time, explain your descisions and you pass.
