Was contacted by recruiter within a week of submitting my application. Initial phone screen was scheduled that same week. While on the phone, she explained the role a bit more and asked me my availability to have a phone interview with my would-be boss. I then interviewed separately with my would-be boss, a panel of peers, and the director. Each interview was very laid back and conversational. After each interview I was promptly contacted by the recruiter within a day or two to schedule the next interview. Overall, the process took about 3 weeks, but communication was very good and the process was smooth. I was offered the job within the week following my final interview.
