Ocean State Job Lot Front End Supervisor interview questions

I got a call, missed it, called back, set up an interview for later that week. When I got there I had to wait fifteen minutes and then the manager took me upstairs to start the interview. It took a total of like 25-30 minutes, he asked me questions about my old job, why I want to work there, ect.

I got a call from the manager asking me to come in for an interview, so I did. That first interview took about 30 minutes and it as just him asking me about myself and previous jobs. He told me he would call me back, and let me go. He than called my references and called me the next day to schedule a second interview for 3 days from then. That interview consisted of more questions about myself (same questions basically, just to a different manager.) He told me I had the job, and sent me off. I had to call back a week later to contact him, and was told he "forgot to call me, sorry" so he told me to come in the next day for my orientation.
