The process is pretty simple. You meet wtih 5 or 6 people and they basically ask you questions to try to figure out how smart you are and how you think. My advice- read about the company before you come it, and think of some insightful questions you can ask the interviewers.

The interview was about a half day long. I met over a dozen people at all levels, which was great. I even interviewed with one of the owners for half an hour. I decided over lunch that I wanted to work there because the people who took me to lunch were so enthusiastic about the company.

Interview
Standard process. First we had a phone interview, then i was invited to the office for a several hour interview. I met with several people, including one of the owners. Everyone was very open and honest, and fun to talk with. I went to lunch with a couple peers and had a great time. The case study wasn't too hard. Overall I would say "standard stuff with some fun added".
