Reached out over email, interview was a video call with 3 engineers. It was a relaxed atmosphere, it was largely guided by me asking questions about their roles and the company. Annoyingly they did not respond with a rejection so I followed up with the engineer a few weeks later to confirm the rejection. Very friendly work environment and they were happy to share their experiences.
