Got a call to come down and interview they'll pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel in Morgan City. You then have to take a skills test pretty basic for most. They'll then call you in for a group interview.

I had a written test and a panel interview by 3 people, 1 operational and 2 HR. It went in a round robin format, there were 5 other people with me and I drove myself from Kentucky.

I took a written multiple choice test that was pretty easy for anyone with technical experience. I was then interviewed for about 10 minutes and was literally asked zero technical questions. Only if my past experience as a supervisor would make it hard for me to be a junior technician for the company.
