Interview
Face to face interview with initially the site manager and then the group manager when I was called back for further interview. The questions were technical in nature and general about the business. There was also the opportunity to ask questions of the interviewer. These i perceived were also important part of the process
First was phone interview. Second was In person with presentation of 100 day plane.
Was professionally conducted and was given 5 days to prepare presentation.
A fair mix of technical and management scenarios were asked with a scoring rubric.
