There were 3 interviews. The first interview was with the manager, then with the physicians whom you may be working with. They asked general questions about your resume and experience. They want to see if you're a good fit for the teams.

The department staff was engaged in the conversation. They answered all of my questions and told me about new projects they are getting involved in. They told me what hours to expect and who I would be interacting with on a daily basis.

Got a call from the secretary. Interviewed with the director of Clinical Research. Asked What kind Clinical Research experience do you have. Meet with the clinical team leader and the clinical PI. The long wait is for the HR to process. You can watch the progress online. After 4 weeks got the offer.
