Took almost a month from application to interview, then a second 2 hour interview with the department. The hiring manager canceled on me twice. I was left with staff to shadow during work hours.

Interview
I met with the RN-COC and the main clinic manager and they both told me how the job works and what I should expect. They offered me a chance to job shadow and really get to see what I was in for. They were both very nice and did not make me deathly nervous.
