      I applied online. I interviewed at Ochsner Health (New Orleans, LA)

      Interview

      Applied online, 4 days later, received a phone call from recruiter asking to schedule a time to talk for ~30 minutes. Scheduled that call for next day Call received next day was a screening call, and after passing screening, recruiter wanted to schedule an interview with the unit manager. Only time available for me was the next day, so did that. Interview call was 45 minutes late compared to original time quoted by recruiter. Interview call was 15 minutes late compared to time the unit manager had. Interview was around 25 minutes, and it was the unit manager and 2 other administrative people related to the unit. Received offer letter less than 24 hours from that.

      I spoke with people over the phone and via zoom. It was an easy straightforward process. I was sent emails confirming the interview schedule. It was an organized process and I felt good speaking directly to a real person.
