Spoke with HR first to answer very generic questions
In person Interview was with the Clinical Coordinator who asked questions about my schooling and what i knew about the unit. We then ended the interview with a tour of the unit.

30 min phone interview with HR representative, 4 hour shadow shift with RN following her patients for the day, then finally a 1 hour interview with Unit Director and charge nurses, follow up with HR 1 week after

We first apply online and get a call. Then we do a shadow shift with a nurse who works on the unit. During your shadow shift you must do a peer interview in front of several nurses who work on the unit.

First interview was over the phone with HR rep. Then a interview was set up with a unit director followed by a peer interview. It was very informal and friendly.
