Phone call with recruiter. Very basic. Very cold.
Pay is so low that's is ridiculous. 24k. You can do better working on any store.

Why do you want to work with us.
They don't want or value experienced people to provide excellent customer service. They want entry level applicants to low ball pay.
I still don't understand why this recruiter called me.
