Interview process was very relaxed. After applying online there was one chatty interview and one virtual assessment with around 20 other applicants. This was then followed by one in person interview at the London office.

Tuve dos entrevistas con talent y con OPS manager y TL. Me sentí muy cómoda en todo momento, me dieron la posibilidad de expresar mis motivaciones para unirme a Octopus y me escucharon activamente en todo momento. Fueron muy rápidos también en confirmarme .

Ha sido un excelente proceso de selección. Desde la descripción de la vacante, hasta el día de la entrevista. Realmente todo ha sido muy familiar y amigable. Cuentan con un grupo de trabajo que lo hace todo muy dinámico y eso es de valorarlo. ¡Muchas gracias!
